The total number of Oxnard Real Estate Sales of residential units sold ion 2011 was 1564, which is slightly less than the 2010 total of 1586. This is a difference of 1%.
To me, the 4% difference in the median price and the slight difference in the number of units sold represents, to me, a leveling off and indicative of market stabilization.
The Days on Market is longer in 2011 than in 2010.
