This report covers the residential area of the Ventura Beach and Marina area, what number of homes have sold; the highs and lows, median and average sale prices.
I have separated the beach region from the city region because they are two distinct living areas that have different market influences.
The first report below shows the current year to date activity through November 30, 2011. And the one below that covers last year’s activity during the same time period.
By studying both reports, you can see that in 2011, at Ventura Beach, there were fewer listings than last year; the average sales price is lower and the market time is longer. The total sales volume is less this year than last year.
