This report covers the residential area of Ventura. This report excludes the beach and marina areas of Ventura. I have separated the regions because they are two distinct living areas that have different market influences.
The first report below shows the current year to date activity through November 30, 2011. And the one below that covers last year’s activity during the same time period.
By studying both reports, you can see that in 2011, in Ventura, there were fewer listings than last year; the average sales price is lower and the market time is longer. This is line with other area reports.
