Here is the current report for the City of Oxnard Area

The first report below shows the current year to date activity through November 30, 2011. And the one below that covers last year’s activity during the same time period.

By studying both reports, you can see that in 2011, at the beach and marina areas of Oxnard, there were more listings than last year; the average sales price is lower and the market time is slightly longer. This is line with other area reports except in the number of listings here.
