Your Neighbor in Real Estate: WooHoo! Got an "A" The report card says it all! Yeah, Yeah!

WooHoo! Got an "A" The report card says it all! Yeah, Yeah!

Ventura County BeachWooHoo! Got an "A" The report card says it all!

Looking for beach real estate? Looking to get away from the scorching summer heat? How does a day at the beach sound?

The Ventura County Beach Community is the well kept secret beach area between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.

Heal the Bay is a U.S. environmental advocacy non-profit organization based in Santa Monica, California.

According to Heal the Bay's website, the organization's Mission Statement is as follows:

Heal the Bay is a nonprofit environmental organization dedicated to making Southern California coastal waters and watersheds, including Santa Monica Bay, safe, healthy and clean. We use research, education, community action and advocacy to pursue our mission.

Every year Heal the Bay issues their report on the cleanliness and water quality of California beaches. According to Heal the Bay annual report card 40 Ventura County Beaches received an "A" for water quality. That's forty as in "40" beaches got an "A."

Our report card was much better than that of Los Angeles county and better than Santa Barbara County beaches. WooHoo!!

Not only is this good news for beachgoers, but also for the vast majority of local inhabitants who live and work here.
